Brewing, then here is he, in China. As for me who is a brewer totally amazed by his
unique and peculiar sense about beer brewing, this cute fatty beer guy from Texas
just renewed my cognition about beer brewing drastically. He is very positive, the way
he uses in this field is beyond the traditional fences of brewing. You can see his smile
face everyday and his freely working hard figure, which makes me passionate more
about this career. In my leisure time, I always think of him. I searched my USB flash
disk from long time ago and found the recipe of his brewing technic during his lifetime,
which is about the first half year of 2008,and now it is been known publicly to memorize
this happy and talented Texas brewer.
